The back deck is where Fairways Abound announces itself — an open deck running the rear of the house, looking directly onto the RTJ 10th fairway. The hot tub sits at the center of the outdoor experience: sink in after a round and watch the last light fade over the course. The fire pit and BBQ grill extend the evening without anyone leaving the property. The sunroom off the main living area gives you fairway views from inside when you want them.

Inside, the main level opens into a generous living and dining area anchored by a gas fireplace and windows that frame the fairway. The kitchen is built for a group: gas cooktop, double ovens (one convection), full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, a large island with a breakfast bar, deep pantry, and counter space for a full breakfast spread before an early tee time. Off the main living area, a sunroom with a direct golf course view is the best spot for morning coffee. The primary suite is on this floor: king bed, private bath, and deck access. A dedicated office with 1,000 Mbps WiFi handles anyone who needs to stay connected between rounds.

Upper level: a sprawling primary suite (king, private bath), plus three more bedrooms sleeping 4, 4, and 4 — ideal for couples or pairs who want their own space.

RTJ Golf Trail at Oxmoor Valley — steps away: 45 championship holes across three courses (Ridge, Valley, and the 9-hole par-3 Back Yard) sculpted from the Appalachian foothills. This is your home course for the trip.

RTJ Golf Trail at Ross Bridge — 10 minutes: Named a top golf resort in North America by Golf Magazine and ranked among the fifth-longest courses in the world. Ten holes play along two lakes connected by an 80-foot waterfall. The Renaissance Ross Bridge Resort & Spa is on-site for anyone who wants a spa day between rounds.

Wedding parties: The Barn at Shady Lane is five minutes down the road. Book Fairways Abound for the bridal party, groomsmen, or out-of-town family — everyone sleeps under one roof in a house that photographs as well as the venue.

Corporate retreats: Eight bedrooms sleeping 24, a chef's kitchen, a game room, and a full outdoor space with hot tub and fire pit. Everything a leadership offsite needs without the conference room.

GUEST ACCESS

Check-in is at 4:00pm via smart lock — your access code arrives before arrival, no key exchange needed. Check-out is at 10:00am. Guests have full access to the entire home across all three floors, plus the 3-car attached garage. The primary suite is on the main level for guests who prefer to avoid stairs.

PARKING

Three-car attached garage plus additional driveway space — parking for the full group at no charge. The garage connects directly to the main level. Please keep all vehicles in the garage or driveway; street parking is not permitted per HOA rules. No RV or trailer parking on the property.

No smoking inside the home.

Pets: dogs welcome (max 2) at $20 per night per pet — please let us know in advance.
